Spent the better part of our stay last night walking the deserted beach. This is a place and campground we would return to and recommend to anyone traveling to the Outer Banks. It is right on the ocean among multi-million dollar homes. There is water on both side of the spit of land we are on. The land this campgroun


Spent the morning on the beach catching some sunshine, watching the birds and ocean waves. Oh yes, this is great. Did run into some congestion on the miles long beach today. About 6 people were out sunning and fishing. Cannot even begin to imagine what this place is like d



Will be continuing our journey to the Outer Banks.

In order to get to our destination for the night had to board two separate Ferry’s. Both were free and it was fun crossing the inter-costal waterways in our RV on a Ferry.

Well, just pulled up to our next campsite in Belhaven, NC. Kind of out of the way but decided we did enough driving and site seeing for the day.
