Another perfect weather day. Sunny, warm and cloud free. The campground we spent the night at was perfect. It was so quiet it was unbelievable. I hated to leave that campground and wanted to spend another night but Ron wanted to move on.

Did a one mile round trip vertical climb today to the top of Bearfence Mountain for a 360 degree view of the Shennandoah Valley. Both Ron and I really enjoyed the view. I only slipped once and did manage to climb each way without assistance.

Next it was on to the Blue Ridge Parkway with a stop at the Natural Bridge down and back up 165 stairs and a one mile round trip walk to Lace Falls. The natural bridge is taller then Niagra falls and has a highway passing over the top of it. (Donna & Wayne, this was a true natural bridge).

Tonight we are staying at an RV sales and repair garage called Berglung Outdoors. Had a little problem with losing oil from the rear wheel seal. Think might have a seal that needs replacement. The people here are very helpful. They let us park here and hook up to their electricity. Not only could we watch TV, we picked up free wifi again from a local Motel. We’ll let you know what tomorrow brings.
